A part of the funding for Indian students pursuing higher education in New Zealand will come from the NZEA 2025 scholarships. Furthermore, Luxon introduced a Virtual Internship Program that would allow 30 students from IIT Delhi to work remotely as interns for companies in New Zealand. The primary objective of New Zealand Excellence Awards is to provide fellowship along with financial assistance to the Indian Students for studying in NZ. Qualified Indian students can unroll at the top-ranked New Zealand institutions and experience a welcoming, multicultural society through the New Zealand Excellence Awards 2025, which provide a total package value of NZ$260,000. The eight top-ranked institutions in New Zealand and Education New Zealand have partnered to create the curriculum.
