Indian Association for Research in Computer Science has launched the Zonal Informatics Olympiad ZIO to promote the knowledge of computer science. It is the written examination of computer science that is held annually among school students. This examination will be conducted in incorporation with TCS iON and a division of Tata Consultancies service. All the students who want to take part in this examination can register themselves on 29th November 2024. The examination will be held on Saturday 14th December 2024. Objective of Zonal Informatics Olympiad
Zonal Informatics Olympiad is a written examination that is organized by the Indian Association for Research in Computer Science. With the help of this examination, the knowledge of computer science will be provided to the student to evaluate the student’s problem-solving skills and algorithmic techniques. The main objective of launching this examination is to provide an opportunity for the student to recognize their skills in computer science education and talent identification. This examination is open to all school students across India. Students will be able to represent India at international competitions through this examination. The ZIO will be held on 14 December 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
