What Is MahaDBT Scholarship 2025?
Mahadbt Scholarship 2021 Direct Benefit Transfer online scholarship is created by the Government of Maharashtra to help poverty-stricken students living in the state. The official portal created for the scholarship has around 38 posts Matric Scholarship for students belonging to the backward category and currently living in the Maharashtra state. Do and Don’ts While Doing Registration
The applicant must follow the following guidelines while registering themselves at the official portal in order to get the benefit:-
- An aadhaar Number is needed from the Academic Session 2018-19 onwards. Students not having an Aadhaar number can also register on DBT Portal.
- Applicants are advised to go through the Instructions Bulletin carefully and acquaint themselves with all requirements to fill up the scholarship form on Aaple Sarkar DBT Portal.
- It will be the sole responsibility of the applicant to make sure that he/she is eligible to apply and fulfills all the conditions prescribed for the scholarship.
- In case of ineligibility of the applicant, which is detected during any stage by verification by authorities, his/her scholarship will be rejected/canceled with remarks.
- Applicant must check that all details provided by him/her are correct before final submission, as there will be provision for editing only if the application is sent back for minor changes.
- The mode of submission of application for a scholarship will be online only. No other mode will be entertained.
- Titles / Labels which carry star marks (* required!) are compulsory fields in the Application form.
FAQs of Mahadbt Scholarship
You can apply for the Maharashtra Government scholarship through the Aaple Sarkar DBT portal.
You must be a permanent citizen of India to apply for the scholarships available on this portal and you must be a resident of Maharashtra state.
For any online update request, including the updation of mobile numbers, residents should already have an active number registered with UIDAI where a person can receive OTP SMS and authenticate himself/herself. Otherwise, you would need to visit the nearest UIDAI permanent enrollment center.
The Government Of Maharashtra encourages all citizens of Maharashtra to have an Aadhaar number so that benefits can be directly transferred to an Aadhaar Bank account.
The students will have to have their domicile certificate and other educational certificates to apply for the scholarship.
