Scholarship for Research Students           

The University of Tokyo launched a scholarship for all the students who want to pursue their degree in research or Masters Course. With the help of this scholarship, the students can complete their research degree without worrying about financial problems.  All the applicants who will get selected under the scholarship for research the students will get a monthly stipend of 144,000 yen approximately INR .87,600 for students enrolled in master’s or professional degree courses. Regular students who are enrolled in doctoral courses: will get 145,000 yen Approximately INR 88,200 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a President of India.
• The applicant must want to pursue research at Tokyo University.
• The applicant must be under the age of 35 years.
• The applicant must have scored at least 70% marks in a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field for a master’s or doctoral course.

Scholarship for Undergraduate Students  

To help all the students of India who want to pursue their undergraduate degree from the University of Tokyo the Japanese government launched a scholarship for undergraduate students. Under this scholarship, the Japanese government will provide financial assistance to all the applicants so that they can continue their education without worrying about financial problems. All the selected applicants under the scholarship for undergraduate students will get financial assistance of 117,000 yen approximately Rs.71,200 per month.

Eligibility Criteria     

• The applicant must be a President of India.
• The applicant must want to pursue an Undergraduate degree at Tokyo University.
• The applicant must be under the age of 35 years.
• The applicants must have scored a minimum of 65% marks in their class 11th or 12th.

Scholarship for College of Technology Students

To help all the Indian students who want to pursue an Undergraduate level leading to an Associate Degree (Diploma)  from the University of Tokyo can fill out the application form on the official website. With the help of this scholarship, the students can complete their education at the University of Tokyo without worrying about financial troubles. All the applications will get selected for this scholarship will get financial assistance of 117,000 Yen approximately INR 71,200 per month.

Eligibility Criteria     

• The applicant must be a President of India.
• The applicant must want to pursue a Technology course at Tokyo University.
• The applicant must be under the age of 35 years.
• The applicants must have scored a minimum of 65% marks in their class 11th or 12th.

Scholarship for Specialized Training College Students  

The University of Tokyo launched a scholarship for all the students who want to pursue an Undergraduate level leading to Certificate. With the help of this scholarship, the students can complete their degrees without worrying about financial problems.  All the applicants who will get selected under the scholarship for this scholarship will get a monthly stipend of 117,000 Yen/month approximately INR 71,200 per month. The duration of the scholarship for specialized training college students is three years from April 2024 Including one year of Japanese language training period.

• The applicant must want to pursue an Undergraduate level leading to Certificate at Tokyo University.
• The applicant must be under the age of 35 years.
• The applicants must have scored a minimum of 65% marks in their class 11th or 12th.

Scholarship for Japanese Studies Students

To help all the students of India who want to pursue their Undergraduate level leading to a Certificate, the Japanese government launched a scholarship for undergraduate students. Under this scholarship, the Japanese government will provide financial assistance to all the applicants so that they can continue their education without worrying about financial problems. All the selected applicants will get financial assistance of 117,000 yen approximately INR 67,000 per month..

Eligibility Criteria     

• The applicant must be a President of India.
• The applicant must want to pursue Japanese Studies at Tokyo University.
• The applicant must be under the age of 35 years.
• The applicant must have studied the Japanese language or Japanese culture for at least one year.

Scholarship for Young Leaders’ Program Students

To help all the Indian students who want to pursue master’s Degree courses from the University of Tokyo can fill out the application form on the official website. With the help of this scholarship, the students can complete their education at the University of Tokyo without worrying about financial troubles. All the applications will get selected for this scholarship will get financial assistance of 242,000 Yen approximately INR 142,400 per month. The duration of this scholarship is only one year.

Eligibility Criteria     

• The applicant must be a President of India.
• The applicant must want to pursue Master’s Degree courses at Tokyo University.
• The applicant must be under the age of 35 years.
• The applicant must be recommended by an official government body in India.

Scholarship for Teacher Training Students

The University of Tokyo launched a scholarship for all students who want to pursue an Undergraduate level course leading to Certificate. With the help of this scholarship, the students can complete their degrees without worrying about financial problems.  All the applicants who will get selected under the scholarship for this scholarship will get a monthly stipend of 143,000 Yen/month approximately INR 82,000 per month. The duration of the Scholarship for Teacher Training Students is one and a half years.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a President of India.
• The applicant must want to pursue an Undergraduate level course leading to a Certificate at Tokyo University.
• The applicant must be under the age of 35 years.
• The applicants must have worked as teachers in primary or secondary schools for at least 5 years

Important Dates

• The application period for the University of Tokyo scholarship 2024 is April to May.

Reward Details

• The selected applicants under the University of Tokyo Scholarship 2024 will get financial assistance from the Japanese government.
