Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Indian citizens who are female students.
- The prerequisite is that students must be enrolled in reputable, NIRF-accredited institutions in the first year of a four-year undergraduate program in engineering, medicine (MBBS), or other related STEM subjects.
- Applicants need to have finished their Class 12 coursework and been accepted into the designated colleges.
Candidates must meet the academic requirements listed below:
- a minimum cumulative GPA of 7 in engineering and related courses through the end of the course.
- a passing grade in every subject for the entire MBBS year in order to continue enrolling till the end of the course.
- The applicants’ family income must be less than or equivalent to ₹8 lakh per year.
- Applicants cannot have received funding for the same costs from another program.

- Recent passport-size photograph.
- Class 12 marksheet and passing certificates along with the JEE/CET/NEET scorecard.
- A government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar card/Voter ID card/Driving license/PAN card).
- Current year admission proof (fee receipt/admission letter/institution identity card/Bonafide certificate).
- Family income proof certificate issued by appropriate govt. offices/BPL or similar card/Ayushman Bharat card.
- Electricity bills for the past 6 months are to be provided as an additional supporting document.
- Bank account details of the applicant (bank passbook/cancelled cheque).
