Sewa Fellowship 2024 is a fellowship or training program given by organizations to develop solutions for India’s complex socio-economic-cultural society. The fellowship, a 100-week program, gives young, intelligent minds the knowledge, abilities, and attitudes they need to serve. About Sewa International Foundation
In 1993, Sewa International Foundation was founded as a movement to engage the Indian Diaspora (NRI) globally. It caused these individuals to contribute to helping others both domestically and in India to maintain their Indian heritage. Particularly during periods of natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, cyclones, tsunamis, pandemics, etc. The movement has now taken root in more than 25 countries across the globe. Sewa International was founded in 1997 as a registered non-profit trust in India. Keeping with the national values of “World is One Family” and “Service before Self.” Sewa International has passionately helped people in need since its founding, regardless of their caste, creed, color, religion, race, or location.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age bracket: 21–30.
- Volunteer experience: Candidates need to have had some previous experience helping the community as volunteers.
- Work experience: One year or more of comparable work experience is necessary.
- Language restrictions: Candidates should be informed that depending on the project location, there may be language restrictions.
Reward Details
- Positive Support: A direct monthly stipend of ₹20,000, along with mentorship and intensive learning.
- Grant Support: Each fellow will receive a grant of approximately ₹1.75 lakhs upon completion of the fellowship.
- Multidisciplinary Curriculum: An extensive and comprehensive curriculum instructed by experts from around the globe.
- Master mentoring: 18 fellows are paired with more than 50 knowledgeable mentors who support, guide, and bring out the best in them.

Important Dates
- April 14th, 2024, is the deadline for applications in the second phase.
- The goal of the fellowship program is to enable fellows to take on difficult problems and develop solutions as they work to serve our country.
Selection Process
- There are two steps in the selection process:
- Candidates must complete certain tasks in their own area during the first phase, which is followed by a phone interview.
- During the second phase, candidates engage in face-to-face group activities.
