Oil and Natural Gas Corporation provides scholarship opportunities to students belonging to marginalized communities like Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe. In this ONGC provides financial assistance in the form of scholarships. ONGC Scholarship for SC/ST Category PG 2024-25

This ONGC scholarship is also available for students who wish to continue their higher studies in postgraduation courses like Geology, Geophysics, and M. B. A. This scholarship facilitates students to pursue their higher qualifications in their respective fields of education with a dose of quality education. This scholarship is designed to assess student who comes from marginalized communities and are not able to receive their higher qualifications. Financial Assistance 

 Oil and Natural Gas Corporation offers financial assistance of Rs. 48,000 per annum to deserving students of all categories i.e. SC/ST, OBC, GENERAL. 

Selection Process 

The selection process includes the following steps:

• Submission of Application: First of all eligible candidates must fill out the application form through the official website designed by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation
• Verification of Documents: In this step, all the filled details are checked by the officials either the details are valid or not.
• Preparation of Merit List: Once the checking process is over, merit is prepared by the top authorities which includes the academic performance and family income of the Applying student.
• Announcement of Results: This declaration of results is done by the officials Publicly. 
• Funds Disbursement: After the announcement of Results eligible students are ready to get their scholarship amount, and the amount will be transferred directly to their Aadhar-linked Bank Account.
