Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be a final-year B.E./B.Tech student at IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, NIT Surathkal, or NIT Trichy.
- The degree in electrical or civil engineering is expected to be awarded by 2024 at the latest.
- The candidate must have achieved a CGPA of 7.0 (out of 10) or a minimum academic aggregate of 70%.

Financial Benefits

Undertaking
- The selected candidates will get an offer of employment with L&T upon successfully completing the course.
- Upon selection and before the course begins, students are required to complete an undertaking for ₹5,00,000. This pledge binds the student to complete the program successfully and, if selected, work for the firm for five years.

Selection Process
