Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria in order to successfully apply for the SSP scholarship program:-
- You must belong to the Scheduled Tribe category
- Annual income should not exceed 1 lakh of the parents/guardians of the candidate
- If a candidate goes to take advantage of any other scheme, he/she should be able to take advantage of the SSP scholarship
- A candidate who is affiliated with CBSE or State Board should be a regular or full-time student of any government or private school
- If any student repeats his / her class then the government will cancel his / her SSP scholarship.

Karnataka Pre Matric Scholarship For ST Students 2024 Registration Procedure
To register yourself at the official portal you will have to follow the following registration procedure:-
- First of all, you will have to go to the Karnataka Pre Matric website of the state scholarship portal.
- The homepage of the website will open on your screen
- You will have to click on the option called create account
- A new web page will open on your screen
- You have to now select a plan according to your choice.
- Select your caste/class
- Now you are required to select your district and taluk of your Institute/college
- Now, if you are having your Aadhaar number then you have to click on Yes
- Enter all your Aadhaar-related information and click on Submit.
- Now you have to enter information regarding your contact details.
- Enter your email ID and mobile number
- An OTP will be sent on your mobile number which you have to enter into the OTP box

Terms And Conditions
The applicant must follow the following terms and conditions in order to successfully apply for this scholarship:-
- Once you have successfully submitted the application form you will not be eligible to edit the application form.
- A unique ID number will be allotted to the students who have registered for the scholarship opportunity.
- If the students are discontinuing the education for which the scholarship was awarded then they are required to return the amount to the state government.
- The students are not eligible for the scholarship if they present false documents.
- Scholarships will be canceled if any fraudulent practice takes place by the end of the student.
- If the students are not performing well in their education and are having short attendance then the government will cancel their scholarship.
