Har Chhatravratti Latest Update
The government of Haryana has announced the application dates for the Har Chhatravratti Scholarship 2023-24 so the students must now submit the application form for the scholarship in order to apply for the scholarship accordingly. You have to submit your application form from 8th August 2024 and the last date to apply for the scholarship is 31st October 2024. The students can access the application portal for the scholarship by visiting the official Har Chhatravratti portal. In the official notification that is launched by the concerned authorities, it is specifically mentioned that the students are required to submit their Aadhar Card for the application but the aadhar card must be directly linked to your bank account in order to get the scholarship amount directly into your bank account.

Types of Scholarship
Post Matric Scholarship SC
This scholarship is specifically created for people who have completed their class 12 exams and they belong to the scheduled caste category in the Haryana state. Scholarships will be available to the beneficiaries so that they can continue their professional courses or easily complete their degree or diploma courses. All the participating institutes will have to collect the application and then the beneficiaries will be provided the benefits of the scheme directly into the bank account. Beneficiaries will be able to pay their tuition fees using the amount that is available in this prestigious scholarship presented by the Haryana government.
Post Matric Scholarship BC
This scholarship is created for people who belong to the backward caste and categories and are currently studying in the Haryana state so that they can complete their degree or diploma courses. Beneficiaries will be provided the financial assistance directly into the bank accounts and they can use the financial assistance in order to complete their education. Students will be able to use the financial assistance in order to complete their education however they will have to submit their original OBC certificate in order to successfully get the benefit of these scholarships. The scholarship is available for professional as well as degree and diploma courses.
Consolidated Stipend Scheme For SC
A consolidated stipend scheme is also available for the people who are coming from the economically backward section of the society and are currently studying in the Haryana state. In order to provide educational benefits to the people who currently are not able to continue their education due to a lot of reasons. The students will be disbursed a stipend bi-monthly on the basis of at least 60% attendance in the classes. The student with less than 60% attendance will not be paid a stipend for that particular bi-monthly period in which his attendance is less than 60% but he can be considered for payment of withheld stipend for this period if he/she fulfills the condition of attendance in next two months meaning thereby that he will be paid a stipend for four months instead of two months.
Consolidated Stipend Scheme For Grand Children of Freedom Fighters (2010-11)
This scheme is created in order to provide honor to freedom fighters and to help their children. Under this scheme, Rs. 2000/- as a one-time allowance for books and Rs. 1000/-P.M for 12 months as a monthly scholarship will be provided. The stipend /Scholarship will be given to the students pursuing Higher Education in Govt./Non. Govt Aided Colleges, Non Professional courses in Universities of State.
Free Books For SC
SC students studying in Colleges will be provided with an amount of Rs. 2000/- per student for the purchase of books and a stipend of Rs. 1000/- per month. The scheme is proposed to attract the SC towards higher education. The scheme will be implemented in all the Govt. Colleges of Haryana. The students will be disbursed a stipend bi-monthly on the basis of at least 60% attendance in the classes. The student with less than 60% attendance will not be paid a stipend for that particular bi-monthly period in which his attendance is less than 60% but he can be considered for payment of withheld stipend for this period if he/she fulfills the condition of attendance in next two months meaning thereby that he will be paid a stipend for four months instead of two months. State Merit Scholarship To UG Girls
This Scholarship will be given to the girl students who after passing the 10+2 class with at least 60% marks are studying in any Govt. College. The awards will be given only to the students pursuing general degree courses. Candidates who pursue their studies through correspondence courses/open universities will not be eligible for the award. A Scholarship holder under this scheme will not hold any other Scholarship/Stipend. However, they may accept a grant of minority help from the State Govt. or any other source for the purchase of books, and equipment or for meeting the expenses of boarding and lodging. There is no income limit for this scheme.
Haryana State Meritorious Incentives Scheme
This scheme will be college-specific and three meritorious students in each stream who stood first, second, and third in the annual university examination will be given this incentive. The award will be given only to the students pursuing general courses in the Govt. Colleges. Candidates from non-govt. colleges and those who pursue their studies through correspondence courses/open universities will not be eligible for the award. There is no income limit for these awards. The incentive will be awarded separately for each stream i.e. Arts, Commerce, Science (Medical/Non-Medical), and Education. The students who stand first in the merit will be given Rs.5000/- p.a., second – Rs.3000/- p.a. and the student who stands third in the Merit will be given Rs.2000/- p.a.
Haryana State Meritorious Incentives Scheme (CBSE)
This Scheme will be specific for Top Meritorious Students (one boy & one girl student) who stood first in the 10th &12th annual CBSE exams. Amount of Incentive to the CBSE Toppers (one boy & one girl) of the 10th class of Haryana State will be given to a student if he/she takes higher studies at 10+2 Level and up to Degree level. His/her entire fees shall be paid by the State Govt. till the completion of his/her graduation in any stream but this amount shall not exceed more than 25,000/- in a year up to 10+2 Level per topper and not more than Rs. 1 lac per year per topper upto degree/graduation level in any stream.
State Merit Scholarship To UG/PG Students-
This scholarship is available for people so that they can get financial assistance every month so that they can continue their education without having to worry about financial problems. Students will be able to apply for this scholarship if they have completed their class 12 board exams and now they are considering continuing their career by choosing the degree of their choice. Students will be considered by the Haryana government if they apply for this scholarship by visiting the official website of the Haryana Government scholarship portal.
Lower Income Group Scheme
These scholarships will be given for the study of all recognized post-matriculation courses in the National Fire Service College, Nagpur: Air Craft Maintenance Engineer’s course; course; courses at Training Ship Dufferin courses of training at the Military College, Dehradun and also Pre-examination training courses at the Pre-examination training center at Allahabad and Bangalore preparing students for I.A.D., etc., examinations. Students must be coming from low-income groups to take advantage of this scholarship.
