Naidu underlined his government’s dedication to the care and advancement of Dalits while taking part in the Ambedkar Jayanti celebrations in Ponnekallu village. According to Naidu, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), which was founded on the principles of Dr. B R Ambedkar, has continuously placed a higher priority on the well-being of underprivileged groups. About Ambedkar Overseas Education Scheme
On 15 April, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu declared that the Ambedkar Overseas Education Scheme would be revived, allowing students from Scheduled Castes (SC) to once more pursue higher education. Dr BR Ambedkar was a valiant warrior who dedicated his life to defending Dalits’ rights, so this scheme has been a tribute to him. The primary objective of Ambedkar Overseas Education Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the students who belong to Dalit community as they are in need of upliftment and empowerment.
