The All India Council of Technical Education has launched the AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship 2025. To provide financial assistance to the students of India who are pursuing their education in technical courses of Engineering, the AICTE authorities have launched the AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship. All the students of India who are pursuing technical education in all core branches of Engineering/Technology from any AICTE-approved institution will receive the benefits under the scholarship. All the students who clear the eligibility criteria are requested to visit the official website and fill out the application form online to avail the benefits of the scholarship.
About AICTE
The All India Council of Technical Education is a statutory body that is formed by the Ministry of Higher Education in India. The AICTE is responsible for overview in the technical education department in India covering various subjects including Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Town Planning, Management, Pharmacy, Applied Arts and Crafts, Hotel Management Catering Technology, etc. at different levels. By partnering up with the Government of India the AICTE authority also launched various scholarship schemes to help the financially weak students pursue higher education. Objective of AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship
The main objective of launching the AICTE Yashasvi scholarship is to allow the meritorious students of India pursuing technical education to complete their studies without any financial difficulties. One of the objectives of this scholarship is to make education easy and affordable for all students and allow them to get their degrees without going through a lot of problems. The financial assistance of INR 50,000 will be given to the students pursuing degrees and INR 30,000 will be given to the students pursuing diploma courses. Eligibility Criteria
- The students must be admitted to the first year of degree/diploma-level courses in any of the AICTE-approved Institutions.
- For 2nd year degree diploma level course students, the student must have taken a lateral entry in any of the AICTE approved Institutions.
- The family income of the student’s family must not exceed i n r 8 lakh per year.
- A valid income certificate issued by the State/UT Government needs to be enclosed.

- A total of 5,200 scholarships (2,593 for degree courses and 2,607 for diploma courses) are available under the AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship 2025.

Selection Process
Degree level students
- The selection of students will be carried out solely based on the merit of the qualifying examination (12th grade) to pursue the Technical Degree Core branch of Engineering.
- Selection of students under lateral entry will be based on the average consolidated percentage of Marks in all 6 semesters of the Diploma.
- In case the number of allotted scholarships in any state is below 10 as per the calculation, a minimum 10 number of scholarships will be allotted in that State/UT.
- Only those students whose family income is less than INR 8 lakh will be selected by the authorities.
Diploma level students
- The selection of students will be carried out solely based on the merit of the qualifying examination (10th grade) to pursue the Technical Degree Core branch of Engineering.
- Selection of students under lateral entry will be based on the average consolidated percentage of Marks in all 6 semesters of the Diploma.
- The authorities will prepare a state-wise merit list to inform the students about their selection.

- STEP 1: All the female students who clear the eligibility criteria are requested to visit the official website to apply for the AICTE Yashasvi Scholarship Scheme.
- STEP 2: Once the students reach the homepage of the official website they must locate and click on the option “register here”.
- STEP 3: The registration form will appear on your desktop screen the students must enter all the details that are asked and attach the necessary documents.
- STEP 4: After entering all the details the students quickly review it and click on the option “register” to complete their process.
