Eligibility Criteria 

Applicants who want to apply for the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme must fulfill the eligibility criteria put forward by the Government of India. The eligibility criteria for National Apprenticeship Training Scheme are as follows:

  • The candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • A candidate must be at least 16 years old.
  • The candidate must be pursuing a technological higher education degree or diploma.
  • Candidates must not be a participant in any other government-sponsored skill development program.
  • There must be no work experience on the applicant’s resume.
  • A self-employed candidate is ineligible. He/she must also avoid engaging in any business or profession that generates taxable income.
  • The candidate must not currently work as a professional in any field.
  • In any government service, the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme must not be active.

  • Enter the required details and click on the Save button to proceed further to the Questionnaire & Guidelines section
  • Now, read all the guidelines, required enrolment documents, and the terms and conditions 
  • After that, accept the terms and conditions and click on the continue button to proceed further
  • Now, the Enrollment Form section will open on the screen with Personal Information, Education Details, and Training Preferences tabs
  • Select all the required details and click on the preview button
  • Once you will click on the preview button, the Preview & Confirm section will open on the screen
  • Now, review and recheck all the entered details and click on the Submit button
  • Once you will click on the Submit button, the complete page will open on the screen with your Email ID, User ID, and Password details
  • Finally, click on the Close & Continue button and then take out its printout for future reference
