The objective of the Welcome to Canada President’s Scholarship
The primary objective of the Welcome to Canada President’s Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students who come to Canada to pursue higher studies. The University will also award this new $2,000 scholarship in addition to its International Entrance Scholarships. The range in value is from $5,500 to $9,500 and is given to foreign students who are pursuing higher education for the first time. Furthermore, the university has declared that it will give housing to international UG and master’s students for their entire academic careers. For their first year of study, housing is guaranteed for international PhD students for one year only.
