Home Search Education is a voluntary charity. A home-based education program is to be implemented to rectify the learning gaps and losses of students in grades one through eight in government schools during periods of the general outbreak of the corona epidemic. The Tamilnadu Kalvi Fellowship form is provided on the website to enable volunteers to register for teaching services at ‘Home Search Education’ centers in the evenings after school. There are a total of 152 vacancies under 14 vacancies will be reserved for fellows and 38 seats will be for Seniors fellows.
About Tamilnadu Kalvi Fellowship 2023
The Department of School Education Government of Tamilnadu has released the Tamilnadu Education Fellowship Recruitment 2023 Notification for the post of fellows, and senior fellow jobs in the Government of Tamilnadu. Any undergraduate candidate is eligible to apply for these TN Fellowship government jobs. Under this scheme individuals who have recently cleared class 12th can form a group and teach lower classes. In spite of functioning as a volunteer, the individual will also be awarded some money in exchange for their services.

Objective of Tamilnadu Kalvi Fellowship Recruitment

Under this scheme, individuals who have recently cleared Class 12 can form a group and teach lower classes. In spite of functioning as a volunteer, the individual will also be awarded money in exchange for his/her service.
With the introduction of the Illam Thedi Kalvi 2022 scheme, the primary objective achieved is the strengthening of education levels in Tamil Nadu. Currently, a significant number of children are still deprived of a basic level of education. The scheme will help to reduce this gap, with the help of Class 12 pass-outs.

Tamilnadu Kalvi Fellowship Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the fellowship volunteer must fulfill the following criteria:
- Volunteers must be willing to work with children for at least six hours per week (or) volunteer part-time.
- To converse with children and teach Tamil, English, and Mathematics
- Volunteers must be fluent in Tamil. (Equipment and training will be given.)
- He/She should take part willingly and without being forced.
- Volunteers must be at least 17 years old to apply.
