The objective of the Sri Ramanuja scheme is to promote higher education among below-poverty-line students and help them financially in pursuing their academics.

Students get selected under the Shri Ramanuja scheme will get fee reimbursement benefits for pursuing post-matriculation courses including intermediate, graduation, diploma, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should be an Indian resident in Telangana state
- Applicant must belong to Brahmin community
- His/ Her family mass belongs to the BPL category
- The annual income of a family of the applicant should not more than rupees 200000 who are living in urban area and rupees 150000 for those who are living in rural areas
- Applicant must have taken admission in post-matric courses
- The Applicant must have passed the matriculation examination
- Applicant should be pursuing a regular course in a college Institute or university in the current academic year
- Applicant must not get for availing any other scholarship or grant from the government for the same purpose

- Certificate from the Principal / Institution in the prescribed format
- Mobile number
- Consecutive 7 years study / bonafide certificates from 4th standard onwards.
- Furnish CET (Common Entrance Test) allotment order for CET courses
- If there is a gap in the study due to discontinuation on health grounds or on any other grounds, the place of residence of the gap period as given by the MRO critically determines as to know whether a student is a local candidate or not.

- To apply for the Sri Ramanuja Scheme, you have to go to the Sri Ramanuja website of the Telangana Brahmin Samkshema Parishad
- From the home page go to the “Sri Ramanuja Scheme” option given under the schemes option and select “New User Registration” option
- A new page will open where you have to enter the Aadhaar number and hit submit button
- The application form will open on the screen, fill out the application form very carefully
- Upload all the documents as listed above in the mentioned size and format
- Now review the information you entered in the form and if all the details are accurate then press submit button
- Remember to take a printout of it and keep it safe for further use
