Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria in order to successfully apply for the scholarship schemes:-
- Minority Scholarship Maharashtra
- Be a domicile of Maharashtra
- Annual family income must be less than equal to INR 8 lakh
- Belong to Muslim, Buddha, Christian, Jain, Sikh, Parsi, Jews religion
- Must be pursuing MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, BP&O, BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing, BPMT, Ophthalmic Assistant, Optometry, PB BSc Nursing
- Have taken admission to the course through CET/competitive exam/HSC marks obtained.
- Aikyashree Scholarship
- The applicant must be a domicile in West Bengal.
- He/she must be studying in an institution recognised by an educational board/council/university of the state or central government.
- The applicant must have secured a minimum of 50% of marks in the last qualified examination.
- The annual family income must not exceed INR 2 Lakh from all sources.
- The students should be belonging to the Buddhists, Jains, Christians, Parsees, Muslims or Sikh communities of West Bengal.

NSP Application Procedure
To apply for the scholarship we will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- The candidates will first have to visit the Minorities website of the national scholarship portal by clicking on the link given here
- The home page will open on your screen.
- Click on the option called New Registration
- The instructions will open on your screen.
- Tick mark the declaration.
- Click on the “Continue” option.
- Enter all of the details.
- Enter name, date of birth, mobile number, gender, email ID, bank details etc.
- Enter the captcha code y
- Click the “Register” option.
- Now you have to log in using your credentials.
- Click on the option called Application Form
- The application form will be displayed on the screen

- A new page will be displayed on your screen.

Aikyashree Application Procedure

- Go to the official website of the WBMDFC portal by clicking on the link given here
- The homepage will be displayed on your screen.
- Click on the Apply Online option
- A new page will be displayed on your screen.
- Select the District of your Institute
- Enter information such as Name, District, Guardians Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID and Bank Account Number.
- Click on Submit
- Enter information regarding your current institution, its location, class or course name, the last exam passed, name of the board, year of passing the last exam, percentage marks obtained, annual family income and email ID.
- Review all of the details.
- Click on the Submit & Proceed tab
- A user ID will be generated.
- It will be sent to your email.
- The password will be sent to your email.
- Now, you will have to log in using your credential.
- Now enter the following-
- Basic Information
- Academic Information
- Bank Account Information
- You can now change your password for safety.
