Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the National Merit Cum-Means Scholarship Exam, the applicant must clear the following eligibility criteria are these are as mentioned below:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Bihar state.
- Applicant must be a student studying in class 8th at any recognized government or aided school in Bihar.
- Those students who belong to either the General category or SC/ ST category must have scored at least 50% and 55% in their respective category in class 7th.
- Applying applicant’s age must not be more than 13 years.
- The annual income of the applicant’s family must not be more than 1.50 lakhs per annum from all sources.
