Eligibility Criteria
- 1) Students from any category may apply for the program.Â
- 2) No upper limit on income
- Â 3) Parents must work in a filthy profession.Â
- 4) Students must be enrolled in a government-run or government-aided school.Â
- 5) The student needs to live in Maharashtra.Â
- 6) Central will disburse at their end, and central details will be supplied via API.Â
- 7) The program is available to all board students, with the exception of Self Finance student schools.Â
- 8) Students who receive a failing grade for the year are ineligible until they pass the course.Â
Financial Benefits
- 1) For ten months, the host will get Rs. 700 per month, plus an ad hoc grant of Rs. 1000 for books and study materials.
- 2) For ten months, Day-Scholar will pay Rs. 110 per month, and an ad hoc grant of Rs. 750 will cover books and study materials.Â
- 3) The state owns 40% and the central government 60%.Â
- 4) Payment will be made in a single installment.Â
