About the Muskaan Scholarship Program
Valvoline Cummins Pvt Ltd launched the Muskaan Scholarship Program for Class 9 to 12 Students as a corporate social responsibility initiative. Its main objective is to provide financial aid to underprivileged kids so they can attend high-quality schools. This scholarship will help poor and deserving students to continue their education. 1300 students have received scholarships from them this year, for a total of over 2000 scholarships given out since the program’s start. Additionally, VCPL staff members offer insightful mentoring to program participants. In the upcoming years, the group intends to reach even more students with its ambitious ambitions to provide help.

Eligibility Criteria
- The following states are eligible to apply: Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Odisha, Bihar, Puducherry, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. Students in Classes 9 through 12 from these states qualify.
- Children from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category, mechanics, and commercial drivers (LMV/HMV) are eligible for the award.
- To be qualified, applicants must have received a grade of at least 60% in their prior course.
- The annual income of the family from all sources combined should not be more than INR 8 lakh.
Reward Details
- Selected children will receive scholarships worth up to 12,000 rupees, which they can use to pay for their books, study materials, uniforms, and school fees.

Selection Process
- After reviewing each application, a list of qualified students will be chosen for further consideration.

- Students on the shortlist will take part in an online interview process, with the scholarship winner being selected among the finalists.
- The student, parent, or guardian’s bank account, as listed on the application, will receive the scholarship cash. The applicant’s submitted expenses will determine the amount of the grant. Up to INR 12,000 can be awarded to each student.
