Ireland International Education Scholarship 2025-26: Apply Online and Eligibility

The Government of Ireland in partnership with the Irish higher education institution has created the Ireland International Education Scholarship. Under this scholarship, financial support will be provided to international students who want to study at NFQ level 9 or 10. Around 30 scholarships will be awarded each year for full-time study at NFQ level 9 or 10. All the applicants who have cleared the eligibility criteria can easily apply for this scholarship before the last date. The last date to apply for this scholarship is 5th March 2025. About Ireland International Education Scholarship

Ireland International Education Scholarship was created by the government of Ireland in collaboration with the higher education authority to provide scholarship opportunities to international students. Under this scholarship, a stipend of €10,000 will be provided for the one-time study at NFQ level 9 or 10. The higher education institute will provide a full fever to the selected students for the year of this scholarship. All the applicants who have cleared the eligibility criteria and easily apply under this scholarship before the last date, 5th March 2025. The selected applicants will be expected to start their studies in September or October 2025.

Objective of Ireland International Education Scholarship

The primary objective of the Ireland International Education Scholarship is to support high-caliper students around the world to study for the master’s post-graduate diploma of PhD level from Ireland. Under this scholarship, the financial assistance of €10,000 will be provided to the student for full-time study at NFQ level 9 or 10. With the help of this scholarship, international students will be able to achieve their dream of studying in Ireland. The candidates who have completed the eligibility criteria will be provided with a full-time fee waiver under this scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

• An applicant must have a domicile of origin outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom 
• An African needs to apply for admission to the relevant master post graduation diploma PhD program 
• The candidate must have a conditional or final offer of admission to the higher education institute 
• The candidate who held a GOI IES scholarship or is not eligible to apply
• The candidate of Russia in Ukraine Russian and Belarusian nations are not eligible to apply.

• Around 60 scholarships are awarded each year for the one-year full-time study at NFQ level 9 or 10.

Selection Process

• First and application need to apply for the courses at the higher education authority 
• After that the candidate will receive the offer from the HEI
• Now the candidate need to complete and submit the application form 
• Authority will review the GOI-HES application form 
• Now they will select the shortlisted candidates 
• Now the shortlisted candidates will be reviewed and mark by the independence experts 
• The applicant who will be ranked under first 60 applicants will be rewarded with the with the financial assistance

• First an applicant must visit Higher Education Authority Website.

• The home page will open in front of you 
• On the homepage, you have to click on the Sign-Up option.

• A new foam will open in front of you where you have to enter the details carefully 
• After that click on the sign-up option 
• Now you have to log your login credentials 
• The registration form will open in front of you after login 
• Now you have to fill out the application form with the correct details. 
• Attach all the important documents along with the application form 
• After that click on submit option
