About Indo-U.S. Fellowship for Women in STEMM 2023
The Indo-U.S. Fellowship for Women in STEMM is a joint effort of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), the Government of India, and the Indo-U.S. Science & Technology Forum (IUSSTF). This program will help Indian girl students and Scientists, Engineers & Technologists to commence international collaborative research in premier institutions in the U.S.A in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine. This program will enhance the research capacities and capabilities of the fellow. The application form filling process is through online mode. Objective of Indo-U.S. Fellowship for Women in STEMM
The main objective of the fellowship program is to

Eligibility Criteria
| Women overseas student internship | Applicant should be an Indian citizen Applicant must be a woman Applicant must be pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Basic Sciences, Engineering, or Technology including Agricultural and Medical SciencesAge of the applicant should be in between 21 to 35 years |
| Women overseas fellowship | Applicant should be an Indian citizen Applicant must be a woman Applicant must have a Ph.D. degree in Basic Sciences, Engineering, or Technology including Agricultural and Medical Sciences Applicant must hold a regular position at any recognized academic institution/ R&D institute/ university/ college in India. The age of applicant should be in between 27 to 45 years |

- First Reference letter from Ph.D. Supervisor/ Faculty/ Mentor, Senior Scientist, Professor, Head of Institute/ Department, etc. on their official letterhead
- Second Reference letter from a Faculty/ Mentor, Senior Scientist, Professor, Head of Institute/Department, etc. on their official letterhead
- NOC from the Institute/Organisation
- US Host Acceptance letter
- CV of the U.S. Host/Mentor along with a list of best publications in the proposed area of work
- CV of the applicant with current photo (not more than 4 pages)
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Passport Scan Copy (First and Last Page)
- Other documents (if any)
