HUL RSSP Child Education Scholarship 2023: Apply Online and Eligibility

HUL’s RSSP Child Education Scholarship Program 2023 is provided by Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) to the children of redistribution stockist salespersons (RSSP). The beneficiaries will be provided educational opportunities and financial assistance so that they can continue their education. People who are coming from the economically backward section are eligible to apply for these scholarships. The scholarship is created in order to uplift the living standards of the RSSP community. The people will be provided financial opportunities so that they can continue their education. The children who are otherwise not able to get financial opportunities will be taken into consideration. This scholarship is a very prestigious initiative which will help people to pursue education from kindergarten to PG level.

Objective of HUL RSSP Child Education Scholarship 2023

HUL RSSP Child Education Scholarship 2023 was primarily created in order to help the children of the RSSP community. To help them to continue their education this scholarship has been initiated. The children will be able to go to school even if they are studying in kindergarten through the development of this scheme. The children will be able to continue a better livelihood through the development of this scheme. After the children will be provided the opportunity to attend school they will be provided the opportunity to make careers so that they can provide a better life to their parents and the people of their community. This is the opportunity to empower the children and to initiate education in the community which is very poor according to Indian standards.

Benefits of the HUL RSSP Child Education Scholarship

• The main benefit of this scholarship is to provide financial opportunity to the children of the RSSP community which is otherwise a very poor community.
• This scholarship will help in bridging the gap between education and the people belonging to this community.
• The people will be getting tuition coverage for the different types of education levels. The students will be getting the opportunity to continue their education even if they are studying at kindergarten or PG level.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria in order to apply for this scholarship scheme successfully: 

• The scholarship is exclusively available to the offspring of 3P and non-3P RSSPs, MT Promoters, RSPs, and merchandisers. 
• Each RSSP family can only nominate one child for the scholarship. 
• Eligible candidates include RSSP’s children who are enrolled in government or private schools, pursuing online or distance learning education from any government or private institute, ranging from Montessori to Postgraduate level. 
• Applications from students for the academic year 2022-23 will be considered.

Scholarship amount and other benefits

The applicants will be provided the following scholarship amount and other benefits if they are applying for this scholarship:

• The scholarship covers one-time tuition fees (subject to a maximum cap)
• Scholarship amount by category:
  • For Montessori/LKG/UKG (KG Category) – INR 2000 or actuals (whichever is lower)
  • For Class 1 to 8 – INR 2500 or actuals (whichever is lower)
  • For Class 9 to 12 – INR 3500 or actuals (whichever is lower)
  • For Diploma/ITI – INR 3500 or actuals (whichever is lower)
  • For Graduation – INR 5000 or actuals (whichever is lower)
  • For Post-graduation – INR 5000 or actuals (whichever is lower)

Selection Process 

The scholarship is aimed towards the children of 3P and non-3P RSSPs, MT Promoters, RSPs, and merchandisers, and only one child from each RSSP family is eligible to receive it. To qualify, candidates must be studying in a government or private school, pursuing online or distance learning education from any government or private institute, and enrolled in Montessori to Postgraduate level programs. The scholarship applications for the academic year 2022-23 will be accepted, and interested students can apply accordingly.

• The scholarship is applicable only for the children of 3P & non-3Ps RSSPs, MT Promoters, RSPs, and merchandisers.
• Only one child from one RSSP family is eligible to receive the scholarship.
• The candidate must be studying in a government or private school or pursuing online or distance learning education from any government or private institute, ranging from Montessori to Postgraduate level programs.
• The scholarship amount will decide by HUL, and it may vary from year to year.
• The scholarship amount will discuss directly to the candidate’s bank account, after the completion of the necessary formalities.
• The scholarship amount is non-transferable and cannot exchange for cash or any other benefit.
• The candidates need to submit necessary documents such as birth certificate, identity proof, address proof, school/college identity card, and academic records.
• HUL may verify the authenticity of the documents submitted by the candidates.
• HUL reserves the right to reject any application if the documents are false or misleading.
• The scholarship may discontinue if the candidate fails to maintain a minimum academic performance, as specified by HUL.
• The scholarship may be discontinued if the candidate is found to have provided false or misleading information.
• HUL reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the scholarship program, without prior notice.
• HUL will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the scholarship program.
• HUL reserves the right to publish the name and photographs of the scholarship recipients in any media, without prior notice.
