Hubert Humphrey Fellowship 2025-26: Apply Online, Check Eligibility and Last Date

USIEF has launched the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship to provide research opportunities to young and mid-career professional fellows. Under this fellowship, 10 months of research opportunities will be provided to the fellows. Along with that training opportunities and financial help will also be provided to these fellows. This Fellowship will also provide an intensive 4-month pre-academy program to improve the language of the candidates. Objective of Hubert Humphrey Fellowship

To provide a research opportunity to the young fellow, the USIEF has launched the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship. Under this fellowship, the opportunity to explore the US culture through the field trip and stay with the host of the session will be provided to the young fellows. The main objective of launching this Fellowship is to help the student in growing Global network shares. This Fellowship will help the student gain expertise in fields of critical importance and advanced societal and institutional capacity. This Fellowship promotes human rights and freedom to ensure a sustainable environment and develop the community.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have completed an equivalent of us bachelor’s degree. 
• The candidate must have a four-year bachelor’s degree or completed master’s degree 
• An applicant must have five years of substantial professional experience 
• The candidate must have demonstrated leadership skill 
• The candidate should have a record of public service in the community 
• The candidate must undertake to return to India on completion of the fellowship. 

Reward Details 

• The selected candidates will be provided with tuition and fees a monthly maintenance allowance, accident and sickness program for exchange per US government guidelines. 
• They will also be provided with a modest allowance for books and supplies, round-trip International years travel to the host institution, and domestic travel to the Washington conferences. 
• Also, the allowance for dependents and their stipend will be provided under the grant.

Selection Process

• The candidate must have less than 5 years of full-time professional experience before August 2025 
• The candidate must be an expert for the teaching of English as a foreign language 
• Candidate who have attended a graduate school in the United States of 1 year are eligible to apply 
• An applicant must fill in all the Eligibility requirements.
• The candidate must follow the application form before the last date. 
• An applicant must fill out the correct details in the application form. 
• The candidate must attach all the important documents.
