General Eligibility Critera
- The applicant should be a permanent citizen of Goa State.
- The applicant must be a regular student in any school or college in Goa.
- The family income of the candidate must not exceed INR 3 lakh per year.
- The candidate must not be under any other scholarship launched by central or state or any private authority.
- The applicant must belong to the SC, ST or OBC category.
- The Student shall not be eligible twice to receive the award of stipends in the same standard.
