The Government of Karnataka has launched Devaraj Arasu Scholarship for the students of Karnataka. About Devaraj Arasu Scholarship 2024

Devaraj Arasu Scholarship is launched by the government of Karnataka. Under this scholarship, financial assistance will be provided to the student belonging to backward categories Student of the state. With the help of this scholarship, the student will be able to continue their education without worrying about any financial problems. Only the students whose family income is less than INR 2.5 lakhs per annum will be selected for this scholarship. All the students who pass the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for the scholarship scheme:-

• Only those students who are permanent residents of the state of Karnataka can apply for this scholarship.
• The backward class category recognized by the Government of Karnataka can apply for this scholarship.
• Students should have passed the SSLC from a government-recognized board/institute/university and should have obtained a minimum of 90% marks.
• Candidates should pursue their education from a government-recognized institute/university (both private or government-accepted).
• To apply for the Devaraj Scholarship, the annual income of the family of the candidates should be less than 2.5 lakhs from all sources.

Documents Required

The following documents must be submitted in this scholarship scheme:-

• Valid SSLC /PUC copy
• Adhaar Card of the student
• Bank account details of the recipient and Ist-page copy
• Physically Handicapped Certificate (Only for PH Candidate)
• Caste certificate of the student
• Family Income certificate of the student
• Mandate form.

Selection Criteria

The applicant must follow the following selection criteria to apply for the scholarship:-

• Students will be selected according to merit for this scholarship.
• After accepting the application form of the students the authority of the Karnataka State Government, the final list of selected candidates is released.
• Students whose names and application numbers will be displayed on the selection list will get the reward of the Devaraj Scholarship as per their eligibility and schedule notified by the Government of Karnataka.
• Students can log in to their scholarship account on the official website by logging in to check the status of the Devaraj Arasu Scholarship 2021.

Devaraj Arasu Scholarship Application Process

The applicant must follow the following application procedure to apply for the scholarship:-

• First of all, visit the Devaraj Arasu website of the Devaraj Arasu Scholarship.
• The home page will be displayed on your screen.

• Click on the Registration link
• The registration form will be displayed on your screen.
• Fill in all the required details and fill in all the information.
• Upload the required scanned documents.
• Verify the registration form.
• Finally, submit your application form.

Know Application Number

• Now from the homepage select the know your application number option.
• Select the scholarship acknowledgment number option.

• A new form will open on the screen.
• Enter the details in the form like an academic year, year of passing, fresh or renewal, etc.
• Now click on the get scholarship details option.

Check Scholarship Reports

• Open the official website of the scholarship program.
• The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
• Now from the homepage select the Scholarship Reports option.
• A new page will open where you have to select Report for option.

• Now after that, click on the Get Report option.
• A graphical report of the scholarship will open on the screen.

View Scholarship Beneficiary List

• Open the official website of the scholarship program.
• The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
• Now from the homepage select the Scholarship Sanctioned Report option.
• A new page will open where a year-wise pdf report of all the sanctioned scholarships will open.

• Click on the year of your choice.
• The pdf of the selected year will open on the screen.
• Check in it or download it.

Check Application Status

• Go to the Official Website of the scholarship program.
• Now from the homepage, click on the Scholarship Appalication Status option.
• A new page of Epass portal will open.

• Enter the details in the form like SSLC Registration Number, Date of Birth, year of Pass, etc.
• Now click on the Get Status option.
