Students who earned more than 60% in their 12th grade and were enrolled in an undergraduate program are also eligible. A scholarship of up to Rs. 50,000 or the cost of their college tuition, whichever is lower, would be available to the candidates for their studies. Objective of Baba Gurbachan Singh Scholarship
The primary objective of Baba Gurbachan Singh scholarship is to provide financial aid to the students who are in need and want to finish their studies. This Scholarship’s primary goal is to provide financial aid to deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who are unable to pay for their college tuition. Therefore, the Baba Gurbachan Singh Scholarship aims to assist these individuals financially by covering their college expenses and providing them with career or educational support that would aid in their professional development. Up to Rs. 50,000 a month will be given to the chosen students till they finish their education or land a good job.

Financial Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
- Students must live in India permanently.
- Students should be from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, where the family’s yearly income is less than or equivalent to Rs. 3.5 lakh.
- Students are now enrolled in a Diploma in Engineering program after earning a minimum of 60% in their tenth grade.
- Undergraduate courses in the following streams are available to students who have earned a minimum of 60% in their 12th grade: B.A. & B.A. (Hons), B.Com & B.Com (Hons), B-Pharma, D-Pharma, B.Ed, D.El.Ed, B.Sc., Hotel Management, BBA, BCA, M.Com, M.Sc., M.A., MCA, Diploma/Degree or Training in any sport, instrumental, music, vocal music, etc.
- Applicants must be enrolled in a college or institution with Indian recognition.
- To be eligible for the award, applicants must have received 60% in each of their prior semesters following the 12th.
- In order to get financial assistance, applicants should not participate in any other scholarship programs.

- A passport-sized picture
- Class 10–12 marksheets, pay stubs, and ITR forms
- Part III of the application form is the affidavit.
- A copy of each semester’s exam results that were passed
- A copy of the most recent fee receipts that the institution or university has issued
- A comprehensive fee schedule that is properly signed by the institute’s administration or principle and includes the tuition, library, hostel, books, etc.
- A copy of each family member’s bank statement and the student’s passbook for their savings account
- The letter or admission slip that the university or educational institution provides
- A copy of the letter from the Education Department, SNM from the previous year (for former students only) Aadhaar card, ration card, voter ID card, passport, or PAN card
Selection Process
- The Sant Nirankari Mandal established an Educational Department Committee to choose students.
- The committee will review all of the applicants’ application materials, supporting documentation, and selection criteria before narrowing down the field to a shortlist of qualified applicants.
