About Australia India Research Students Fellowship 2023
The Australia India Research Students Fellowship is provided in order to help all of the researchers who are from India or from Australia so that they can undertake a short-term research exchange program and learn more about the other country in order to gain perfect knowledge as a scientist. 70 fellowships of up to 10000 are available through the development of this scholarship and 35 awards will be available to all of the applicants from higher education institutes in each country. The students will be able to get proper knowledge because all of the expenses of travel will be covered under this scholarship.

Applicant Eligibility
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for the prestigious scholarship:-
- ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
- Masters by research students (includes Master of Science and Master of Philosophy)
- Masters by coursework students undertaking a research subject or research component
- Doctoral research students (including Doctor of Philosophy)
- Post-doctoral scholars (early career researchers) up to 5-years post-doctorate
- NOT ELIGIBLE
- Undergraduate students
- Doctoral students already participating in a joint Australia-India PhD program
- ENROLMENT
- Students must remain enrolled and post-doctoral scholars must remain employed at the eligible Australian or Indian institution for the duration of the fellowship
- CITIZENSHIP
- Applicants from eligible Australian institutions must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and applicants from eligible Indian institutions must be Indian citizens
Eligible Institutes
The following Institutions are eligible for getting the scholarship presented by the organization in India and in abroad:-
- AUSTRALIAN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
- Higher education institutions located in Australia that have pre-existing engagement with the Indian institution that will be hosting an Australian AIRS Fellow
- INDIAN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
- Higher education institutions located in India that have pre-existing engagement with the Australian Institution that will be hosting an Indian AIRS Fellow
Reward Funding
AIRS Fellows will receive a lump sum to cover all travel and standard living expenses, taking into account the length of stay and country in which the fellowship is undertaken:-

- The home page with the details will open on your screen.
- You have to read the details related to this scholarship carefully.
- You have to now click on the option called Step One Register Your Profile
- A new page will open on your screen where you will have to create an account by clicking on the option called Create Account
- Successfully create your account and then you will have to log in using your potential after you have to fill out the registration form in order to successfully apply for the scholarship opportunity and get an abundance of benefits.
