About Atlantic Fellows
The Atlantic Fellows is a program that is launched to bring dynamic change to the communities. Under this program, new generation leaders will be empowered to work together around the globe to bring dynamic change with innovative ideas and the capacity to bring improvement. Under this program, the fellows work together to tackle the most pressing issues such as system inequality and racial equity, barriers to full participation in democracy, and major health changes. Many programs are included under Atlantic Fellows that are launched to bring a big change toward the improvement of the communities. Under this program around 15-20 fellows are selected each year.

Eligibility Criteria
- The candidates who are currently engaged in health-related work are eligible to apply.
- The person who wants to become a global leader in health disparities.
- An applicant who is in early to mid-career.
- An applicant who is currently in leadership or poses a leadership quality.
- The candidate who values diverse perspectives and enjoys working in groups.
