About Science Olympiad Foundation

Science Olympiad Foundation was established 25 years ago by leading academics, scientists, and media personalities to promote science mathematics, and computer education. Important Dates

• The SOF NSO exam will be conducted on 3 dates such as 18th October 2024, 12th November 2024, and 3rd December 2024. 
• These are tentative dates and may change depending on the impact of the functioning of the school. 

Eligibility Criteria

• An applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
• Candidates who are in classes 1st to 12th are eligible to apply.

Application Fee

• The application fee for schools in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal is INR 125 (including GST) per student.
• For other countries, the application fee will be US$9 and US$1.

Reward Details

First rank	INR 50,000 will be provided to the student with an international gold medal and certificate for outstanding performance
Second rank	INR 25,000 will be provided to the student with an international silver medal and certificate for outstanding performance
Third rank	INR 10,000 will be provided to the student with an international bronze medal and certificate for outstanding performance

• To apply for this scholarship an applicant must visit SOF Website.

• The home page will open in front of you. 
• On the homepage, you have to click on how to participate in the National Science Olympiad 

• Read the instructions carefully. 
• Now you have to submit the prospectus with a registration form in the school registered with SOF. 
• The schools that are not registered may submit the prospectus by sending an email to info@sofworld.org 
• The school will return the registration format to SOF and complete all the respects by the due date.
