Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Delhi Pre Matric Scholarship Scheme applicant must clear the following eligibility criteria are these are as mentioned below:-
- The applying applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi, India.
- Applying applicant must belong to the Other Backward Class community.
- Applicant must have their own bank account.
