Objective of INDIA Scholarships
The main objective of this INDIA Scholarship program is to provide quality education. By providing scholarships to those students who are suffering from financial troubles. That’s why they are not able to receive education expenses. This scholarship is only available for first and second-year students. The amount of scholarship varies from rank to rank of students. This (SDEF) plays a very crucial role in enhancing the quality of life of financially challenged students by providing scholarships to eligible students across India. This program helps the students to complete their higher qualifications without any type of financial constraints.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent citizen of India.
- Applicant must pass with 80% in CBSE and 70% in other state boards in class 12th.
- Only first and second-year students can apply for this scholarship.
- The age limit for applying candidates is 19 yrs in the First and 20 yrs in the second year respectively.
- For a technical course, only one year drop is allowed
- For the Engineering and Architecture course, the AIR of applying students is less than 90,000.
- And, for medical courses, the AIR of an applying candidate is less than 40,000.
- Second-year students must have a minimum 0.8 CGPA.
- The annual income of an applying student’s family is less than 8 Lacs per annum.
