ICGEB Smart Fellowship 2024: Apply Online For Life Sciences Researchers

The International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) launched the  ICGEB Smart Fellowship 2024. The ICGEB Smart Fellowship 2024 will promote the mobility of researchers between ICGEB Member States as a way of enhancing skill development, and acquisition of specific hands-on training in new technologies. With the help of the fellowship the scientist of ICGEB can collaborate with other staff members to exchange knowledge and ideas about new technology and research. All the applicants who clear the eligibility criteria must fill out the application form on the official website to avail the benefits of this fellowship.

About ICGEB Organisation

To promote biotechnology and Engineering among the new generation the About ICGEB Organisation was formed. The Organisation was situated in the United States of America to promote biotechnology researchers. Many students every year take admitted in the ICGEB Organisation to pursue their dream of becoming researchers. The ICGEB Organisation will encourage the use of the latest technology and facilities that are otherwise not available in the researcher’s home country and have fewer opportunities because they are from a developing country. The ICGEB organization also introduces various scholarships for students who are financially unstable to take admission in the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a national of ICGEB Member states.
• The applicant must be either registered for a Ph.D. degree.
• The applicant must have obtained their Ph.D. degree within the last five years.
• The applicant must be actively engaged in research at a research institution.

• The last date to apply for the ICGEB Smart Fellowship 2024 is 31 March 2024.

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the Head of the Receiving Laboratory (including a list of publications).
• A valid identification document (passport or identity card)

Area of Fellowship

• The area of Fellowship is the area of the Life Sciences.

Reward Details

• The stipend ranges from US$800 to US$1,500 per month, determined by local conditions in the receiving country and the applicant’s experience level.
