CMSS Scholarship 2025: Fresh/Renewal Registration and Eligibility

CMSS Scholarship was launched by the education department of Gujarat state. Under this scholarship, opportunities will be provided to the students of pre-matric and post-matric. About CMSS Scholarship 2025

CMSS Scholarship is especially available for students who are permanent residents of the Gujarat state and want to continue their education despite their weak financial background. You can start studying through the implementation of this scholarship scheme if you want to pursue higher education and you have at least scored 60% of marks in your 10th and 12th board examinations, however, the annual income of the beneficiary must not be more than Rupees 100000.

CM Scholarship Scheme New Update

Good news students, the Gujarat government has decided to provide scholarships to needy students under the CM scholarship scheme if family income is below 4.5 lahks per annum. All those students who are going to be admitted to a diploma program after the 10th or degree program after the diploma can apply. Beneficiaries under the scheme will get benefits as mentioned below

• Students who are going to take admission in diploma after 10th will get 50% of the fixed annual tuition fee of the course or rupees 50000 whichever is less
• Students who are going to take admission in degree course after diploma will get 50% of tuition fee for engineering and professional courses or rupees 100000 whichever is less

Apart from the benefits mentioned above, students can also apply for the MukhyamantriYuvaswavalambanYojana. The benefits mentioned above are supplementary of the benefits provided under MukhyamantriYuvaswavalambanYojana.

CMSS Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for recruitment:-

• The candidate should be a citizen of Gujarat state.
• The candidates who belong to EBC, SC, and ST are eligible for the Gujarat Chief Minister Scholarship.
• The applicant’s family’s annual income should be less than 1 lakh per lakh.
• Students who have a minimum of 60% in their 10th and 12th board exams from an affiliated institution or college.
• Applicants should study in any PG or UG course in Gujarat state.

The following rewards will be provided in this scholarship scheme:-

• The beneficiaries will be liable to get free education after they have successfully completed their 12th from a recognized school and University is present in the state of Gujarat.
• The beneficiaries will be able to continue their education without any worry of financial expenses.

• The homepage of the website will be displayed on your screen.

• You have to click on the option called New Application
• A new page will be displayed on your screen.
• The registration form will be displayed on your screen.
• You have to read all of the guidelines carefully.
• Fill up the application form.
• Upload all of the documents.
• Verify your details and successfully submit the application form.
• Take a printout of the duly filled application form and submit it to your concerned organisation.

If you want to renew your scholarship then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

• You will first have to visit the official website of the Education Department Gujarat i.e scholarships.gujarat.gov.in 
• The homepage of the website will be displayed on your screen.
• You have to click on the option called Renew Application
• A new page will be displayed on your screen.
• Read the renewal guidelines carefully.
• Click on the Apply Online button and fill up the application form.
• You can now successfully renew your application.

Check Student Status

• Open the official website of the scholarship scheme.
• The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
• Select the Student Status option from the home screen.
• A new page will open on the screen.

• Select Application, Standard, passing Year, and Stream.
• Enter the seat number and password.
• Now click on the Get Student Details option.

Renewal Application for Delayed Students

• Open the official website of the scholarship scheme.
• The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
• Select the Delayed Application option from the home screen.
• A new page will open on the screen.
• Now click on the option Renewal Application for Delayed Students who have never applied for CMSS
• A new page with an application form will open on the screen.

• Select the Admission year, Board University, Stream and other details.
• Now click on the Login option.
• Now the application form for the scholarship will open.
• Enter the details and click on the Submit option.
