Students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs at the University of Waikato could receive financial aid through the Vice-Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship 2024. fulfill the minimal English language proficiency requirements for the degree you’re applying for.

Undergraduate Reward Details

Undergraduate students will be awarded the following, which ranges from $2,500 to $15,000:
a) One year of study: Tuition for the first year of full-time study (a minimum of 120 points) will cost between $2,500 and $8,000 in total.
b) Two years of employment: a maximum of $8,000 in the first year of study and a maximum of $4,000 in the second year of full-time study. The salary range is between $2,500 and $12,000.
c) Three years of employment: between $2,500 and $15,000, with a maximum of $8,000 for the first year of full-time study, $4,000 for the second year, and $3,000 for the third year.

Post-Graduate Reward Details

Between $2,500 and $15,000 will be awarded to postgraduate students, to be applied to at least one year of their postgraduate studies.
The recipient will have the scholarship applied directly toward their tuition for the scheduled either at the time of enrollment or after their enrollment is finished, program of study.
After successfully completing their pathway program, students who receive a scholarship offer and receive a pathway offer to study at the University of Waikato will have their scholarship applied to their degree program.
